You corrected my info at office just debit as needed.
When Company has your info for payment , why not just take your payment . It was automatically taken now I receive invoice. Wasted time. Not efficient.

Please send a confirmation email of receipt of payment. You state that you do, but I never receive it. I know you have my email, because you send me the invoice by email. The email is emp94@georgetown.edu. Please email me the receipt, as you claim you will do this, but you never do this.

Adding a "comment" section.
my services are 45$/weekly but I'd paid $50 in cash the previous week (2/25-3/1) which gave me a $5 credit for this week. Additionally, I am paying 3 weeks in advance...resulting in a monthly payment of $175. Adding details in a comment section will clarify why payment may be more or lesser than the invoice amount.

Set it up for auto pay each month without us having to input this stuff.
We travel and often do not look at or have access to email. this needs to get with modern times and allow re-curring auto pay options.

Not sure why I had to input my information AGAIN. What happened to my previous account? Too time-consuming to do all this input.
Too time-consuming to input my information twice. Not sure why I am being treated like a new customer and had to create a whole new account in 2019. Everything is the SAME as 2018 so why can't I sign in?

I clicked the "review and pay" in my accountant's email. I filled in my credit card info. Then saw the "sign in to save your info" so I clicked "Create an Account". This gave me a popup saying asking for email and phone. I typed in my email and it said that ID was taken. Remembering I already have an account, I click on the "sign in" link on that create form. I signed in. It gave me a note box at the top of the page telling me I was singed in should click the next button. The screen…

Link on website for the Jiu Jitsu academy i.e. "pay bill".
A link on the academy website that allows you to pay your bill at the website instead of waiting for the email link every month from QuickBooks. Also, leave room for a 'credit/ surplus' is so desired.

Add Nicknames for Bank Accounts and Credit Cards
Currently, we are only able to see the last four digits of the account numbers. We have many different company accounts listed on the same user name and it would be much faster for us if we could nickname the accounts.
