I don't like for websites to dictate to me that my password must contain upper case or symbols etc. Actually I should say I hate it.
I don't like for websites to dictate to me that my password must contain upper case or symbols etc. Actually I should say I hate it. Just let me make a password I can remember and that doesn't take all day to enter. It isn't Fort Knox.

Try calling the person or emailing the person BEFORE sending mean and threatening emails to them. Give notice not same day threats.
My insurance was involved and I had an initial conversation with someone about that process and that was all. There was no deadline given to me. Then, while still waiting for insurance to make decisions, I suddenly got a very threatening email about the invoice without any additional contact from the company. No email or call following up on the invoice. Or to give a deadline. Just a full on threat. Not cool at all. I am a very responsible person and I wanted all this finished and taken care of too, so this threat was absolutely unprofessional and unnecessary!!…

I have to print out the invoice and the reciept. If reciept look like the invoice that would save time and trees
Make the receipt look like the invoice. That would save time and trees not printing out two separate copies.
