Douglas Trash Service Invoice
I received invoice 8/22/18, due date listed at the top says 10/1/18. When I look at the actual invoice, it says due on receipt. I'm attaching pics I took of the computer screen, so you can see what it shows me. It just looks confusing.

Bank Transfer for Business Checking acoount
When I entered a bank transfer option (as opposed to credit card) and selected "Business Checking" option, it still required a First and Last Name as well as the expected Bank Acct & Routing Number. It seems like there should be one line option for the name of the business, as that is the owner of the account. I put our corp name in the FIRST NAME field and it did not accept - required both fields completed. I split our business name between First and Last name and it took it (hope goes through fine). Profile options
Keep data entry to a minimum for the payor and allow options at a profile level with payment by payment override options if more sophisticated tracking is required. It’s always the tracking that falls apart in the design process.

include recipient's tax id, name of the person the bill paid for, dates of service (this bill is for which week or month); so that we can upload this receipt into our HSA account.

Allow me to adjust the payment amount!
I have two bills and wanted to combine them to one payment, but I couldn't adjust payment amount! I also wanted to give a couple dollars extra for a job well done!

Invoice will not print. Payment loading poorly. Hope two payments were not made
1-Invoice will not print. 2- Payment loaded poorly, not sure 1st payment went through, so I reloaded and payed again. Lot of work required on rewrite of program which also takes forever to load. Not my WiFi speed.

Add the word PAID and details cross over the original INVOICE
Or any kind of form, not just plain text with blank background that anyone can fake easily and it doesn't seem to be a prove to anyone.

allow printing the invoice paid from the mobile phone
This Intuit paying system is not allowing printing the paid invoice after paying it , it is a bad paying system as it is
