Show the Actual Balance due instead of only the previous balance due on main screen when you click to pay.
I would prefer to see the actual balance due rather than only the previous balance due when I click to pay. My email says I owe $90 (2 services), when I click to pay, the main screen says the balance due is $45 (1 service). I had a lawn service 5/31/19 and another 6/21/2019. I paid the invoice for both services on 6/28/2019, but had to manually change the amount I paid on the main screen from $45 default to $90. It is misleading.

Add the invoice number on the payment confirmation page
When you pay an invoice, the payment screen shows:
Payment method
Transaction ID
Due date
Invoice total
Remaining balance
It would be helpful to add which invoice number(s) were paid with that payment, especially when you want to download the receipt and label it with the invoice number (which would also be a great idea--automatically label the file to download to include the inv# and date).

Stop insulting Irish people
My name contains a hyphen and an apostrophe. Your form tells me my name is not valid. You need to update what your form recognizes as valid. I’m not the only one out there with punctuation in my name.

Something not allowing my card on name to be entered as is (hyphenated first name)
QBO would insist not allowing hyphen, which means I am left with leaving a space or type continuously

Buy and install an 'Extended Validation' TLS certificate for your payment website, so your payors know that they are really talking to you
Buy and install an 'Extended Validation' TLS certificate for your payment website, so your payors know that they are really talking to Intuit.
It's astonishing that Intuit does not do this already. It shows little regard for the security of your user's data.

paid receipt
Please bring back the ability to print a pdf w/ the PAID indicator across it, from the payment page itself. The current choice, after the update, lets you download a substandard text-heavy form.

compatibility with vivaldi, standard html/js code
Emailed payment link leads to a payment webpage that immediately redirects to a blank PDF download link in Vivaldi, despite Vivaldi settings that should prevent such behavior and no user input beyond clicking the emailed link. Use standard HTML/JS code, maximize compatibility for the simple functionality needed, don't do anything fancy. This is basic code practice, folks.

Allow to do a partial payment or setup a recurring payment instead of one-time.
Allow to do a partial payment or setup a recurring payment instead of one-time.
This would allow people to perhaps spread the balance across more than 1 CC to not have a single CC with such a high balance. Or, be able to use a debit card to pay 'cash' for part of the balance and then put the rest on a credit card.

Charge my balance to somebody else.
Billing QuickBooks would be an excellent choice.
