  6. Don't send the invoice out until the end of the month. Hard to want to pay for services that have not been rendered.

    Don't send the invoice out until the end of the month. You mail them before the work is done so we wait until near month end to pay. It is easy to lose the invoice in the pile because it comes too soon. I prefer to pay for services after they have been rendered, not before.

  11. Need undo or confirm button. The site is too trigger happy!

    I filled out my banking numbers and routing, tapped on the amount to adjust and the whole transfer (double my amount, several thousand $) were transferred. This should not happen! Never. Very unhappy.

    Send email thirty days prior to due date.

  20. Can't copy paste credit card number in

    Very convenient AND….

    I know we are not in the same time zone but this seems like another country when the date comes back as July 11th.

    I had to do it twice as I didn’t notice the default to debit card.

    It doesn’t allow you to copy paste in the credit number.
