Print Version of the Receipt should look more like a receipt, not just a printout.
Print version of the receipt should look more like a receipt than a list of items on a line. The screen for printing of the receipt looks more official than the actual print.

PayPal
My customers see on their online invoices that PayPal is a payment option, but its doesn't work with my account. I spent 1 hour and 27 minutes with an Intuit Rep and a Merchant Services Rep trying to resolve this. At a minimum I wanted PayPal option removed from my invoices. the 3 of us couldn't do it, and now I need to explain on every invoice that PayPal isn't a payment option even though the invoice says it is. Please fix this issue!!!!

Have a payment link in the actual Invoice
Link in the actual Invoice would ensure a quicker, smoother transaction. Although, once I located the original email (it was buried under many emails with that company), it was extremely easy to pay!

I think knowing I had to pay up front rather than waiting for the report. I was waiting for the report first.
Knowing i have to pay before I get my report is important!

SET. UP. AUTO. PAY.
It's so inconvenient to log in every month to pay an invoice that I KNOW is going to be the same amount every month. Why is this not an option?

Extend this service to bottled water companies for worker water clubs
Nearly every office has a bottled water club where employees pay a monthly invoice. This is a headace for whomever manages it. Making change, keeping track of payments, and collecting on folks who are late. If this service was extended to Alhambra etc. each of us emploees could pay Alhambra directly. There have been instances of the money being stolen; by paying Alhambra directly, we could eliminate this unfortunate situation.

How do you know if this is actually my check I'm using? How do you check for fraud?
I recently had my wallet stolen with a check inside. It seems too easy to just use my routing and account info with my name to pay some else's bills.
