Display the receipt on the screen for printing to PDF
Currently I only have the option to download the receipt. That service appears to be unavailable. Better to display the receipt online and then one can print or print to PDF immediately.

Apply a payment to the balance of the account. Not the “invoice” that you happen to click on.
allow a payment to be made from any invoice in any amount and apply it to the balance as other utility or credit accounts do. Eliminate having to search for the correct invoice for payment application.

automatic billing to my account. I don't always ck email and remember to pay

Don't make "charge card" the default
When a customer saves their payment information the next invoice produced automatically checks the "charge card" option. Three times now our sales people have accidentally charged a customer's card. That should be an opt in option, not opt out, or at the very least we should be able to choose in customize invoice.
