Can’t sign in when clicking on invoice
I click on the emailed invoice and go to pay. After filling in my credit card info, I click “save for later payment” which signs me into my account. If only that was helpful— any future invoice emails I get don’t have the option to sign in first! What a useful step you had me do for nothing. Boo.

Payment should be reflected in the payer's Quickbooks automatically
The payment record should be record automatically in the Quickbooks account of the Payer.

Send email earlier than the first of the month; the second to the last and last day of the previous month would be nice.
Send notification of payment due earlier than the first of the month; the last two days of the prior month would be convenient.

Be sure explanation requested disappears when you start to enter information
Clicking on question marks creates a text box that obscures the entry box that cannot be cleared.

Give access to edit the bank name rather than Business checking
Allow edit of bank name for saved banks instead of Business Checking and last 4 of account. I have to keep a sheet with all my clients account numbers to know which account to select. If I could edit the saved name then I would know from payment screen which account to select.

Allow for payment total adjustment on my end. The invoice was not correct.
When the invoice erroneously includes an overcharge there is no longer an option to pay only the correct amount. Please fix this.
