Offer an easy way to create an account after transaction is completed.
After the transaction is finished, and the confirmation number is assigned, provide a link for account creation. Ideally, one that will transfer the data used in the transaction and highlight the areas that need to be filled out to complete an account registration

Ability to pay bi-weekly
It would be great to be able to pay bi-weekly according to my pay schedule. It just makes it a lot easier to have it this way is it works better when you have a strict budget!

Invoice should be accessible other than by an email. If email is deleted there is no way to get invoice.

Allow viewing of all outstanding invoices from one place
Childcare provider uses QuickBooks, and each week is invoiced individually. If not paying weekly, would like to be able to see all invoices under my account so I can personally track what I still owe.

By linking this from my vendor's account directly.
As of now the method requires that I make a sperate expense for this vendor. The vendor information is already in my account I should be able to receive the invoice in my account and directly process it as an expense.

chase fraud dept stop payment
I will talk with chase fraud. I'm very disappointed with them right now. I hope no shipping deadlines were missed because of their over protection ideas and misunderstanding of what's happening in the real world. They text me while sleeping asking if I bought something from a clothing store for $603.53 and to answer Y or N and to wait 5 minutes and use my card again if the card ending in 0598 (my card) will be approved. I'm old and if I had not woke up to go to the bathroom I'd still be in bed and nothing would…

Follow the Law
For the last two months you have charged my credit card BEFORE I filled out the authorization USAA, my bank, freezes my card when you do that. You need to wait until I authorize the payment before trying to put it through. Also, you usually send the bill on the day the payment is due. You should allow a few days for the payment.

Identify purpose of Receipts for tax purposes
No where on the receipt does it say what exactly the payment is for. It may just say the school name but what at the school was paid for. For IRS and other purposes, this is very important. For payment mix ups, this is very important to be able to have proof that that particular payment for that particular time was paid at that particular amount.

Naming invoice.... In addition to the invoice ID, be able to name the payment. This would make it easier to locate when you are looking for it. Such as, After Care, 9/2019 (or AC/Sept 2019).

Keep my card info on file
Upon receiving statement. I’d like to press “pay this amount” and it’s done.
