How can I see who has paid what on my invoice? Like my co-parent and I would like to know who has paid which invoice and it get very confus
Like I would like to know if my coparent has paid an invoice or me so seeing the history and who did it would be very helpful all the way back to the beginning of the year. Thanks!

Set up a PayPal account so we don’t have to use our checks. It’s an automatic transfer.

Please provide partial payments, as in a deposit on the total amount. Thank you.
Now the vendor has to refund the difference between the total amount due and the agreed amount of the deposit on the total before the work is done. Thank you.

Invoice your charges within a few days and reduce confusion.
If, following the performance of service, immediate attention is given to creating the charge and invoice, it would be clear in both vendor and customer as to what the charge is for and the date of service. Delays in invoicing only create confusion.
