  1. Require that I verify the amount I'm paying.

    I accidentally sent more than intended. This would be an easy fix if you made me verify the amount I am paying. It defaults to the full amount. This caused me much grief.

  3. Refused to allow us to pay in person

    We live in Dover, New Hampshire, and we found it most unusual that we were not allowed to stop in to the office (if there is an office?) to pay on our bill, and pay ahead for ordered parts.

    SInce parts were being ordered it would have been nice if we could have payed in advance in good faith and pay our previous bill.

  5. It would be nice if the payment option worked on Safari

    Payment option didn't work on 2 different Mac computers with Safari. I used Google Chrome instead on Mac

  19. Quickbooks is a terrible program for small business. I did not see this invoice , I never received a notification at all. Quickbooks is TE
