  13. Your Error

    Your Error msg when attempting to pay by credit card online is lame....it does not give any indication as to what the error is....and 'try again later' has no value. You should provide error info so that the problem can be addressed and corrected......try error codes!!! Frustrating and amateur software. My error experience was simply updating the expiration date on my credit card, but you provided no indication with your generic msg. 10 minutes wasted investigating this problem & correcting it. Not user-friendly.

  14. ZIP-code?

    Hi, - I made a payment from abroad (Norway) and was required to enter a valid 5-digit ZIP-code. In the end I was able to make a workaround by entering a "fake" ZIP-code. Norwegian ZIP-code is 4 digits. I added a "N" upfront, - and that was accepted.
