Can you not send me the bill the day it’s due? I don’t check my email everyday so my payment is late pretty much every time

Sometimes things get tight, is there a option to slit payments up if needed?
Greg and everyone has been amazing when it comes to my account,
I truly appropriate their professionalism. This may already be an option but I just wanted to put this out there and that is to be able to change the due date if applicable and slit or make multiple payments before its due without a invoice.1 vote -

give me the option to update my credit card on file, duh
there is no option to delete old credit card and update with new one, that would be a good feature and more secure.

Show the address and name on the receipt
The receipt only showed a payment was made. There was no name, or address, or any indication who paid or what the payment was for?

Please inform me that there is going to be a credit card processing fee before I make a payment using that method.
Inform the person paying what the credit card processing fee will be before they make the payment.

Don't make me log in to pay
I'm a onetime user that needs to pay an invoice from a company that uses your software. I had to create an account that I will never use to pay it. Now in 3 years when I have to pay something again this way I will struggle to remember my account info, won't be able to log in, will have to reset and it will take a lot of extra time. Make a guest option and don't require people to have an account to pay.

Do not force me to select debit or credit. It's a card. Have your system figure out which. Or don't wipe out the field if I switch it.
