  8. Please show the date of service on the invoice. All it shows now is due date and date paid.

    Please show the date of service on an invoice. Currently all I see is the date it is due and the date I pay. For my records, I would like to see what date of service I am paying for.

  10. Can't re-log back into the account to edit account info

    When I see account info when logging in to pay only reference info I have is last 4 digits of account number. Can't go back in and edit with more recognizable information.

  12. One click payment

    Though the overall process was very user friendly. I think it would go even faster if there was a way to "scan a credit card" or do a one time upload of all information(like a resume on "Zip recruiter". Then, each time a payment is due, allow a "one click" payment option for the computer to autofill previously used credit card(s)

    Do not display CVV code from back of credit card; given credit card breach and fraud, that should be masked (***) when inputting. I am surprised QB would not have to adhere to PCI requirements

  20. Make QB payment portal comprehensive

    I send invoices using this service. Due to that I cannot pay invoices without having to enter my data each time because I already have an account. It would be nice if some how my data on the invoice sending side could be used on the invoice paying side.
