  3. I've paid the bill, but I can't get the system to download my invoice, so I can't see what it was for.

    The system won't show me the invoice I'm paying.

    Would you include dates of service on each month’s invoice? It’s helpful to know when you cut if we’re out of town. Thanks for considering this additional information on monthly invoice.

  7. Advise re: CC usage *before* I pay with CC. Also make the "download receipt" work

    Advise that there will be a charge for using a credit card before I pay with CC. Also make the "download receipt" work - I received an error when I tried to download the receipt.

  8. Provide an option to select a different date for payment.

    Provide a calendar to select a different date for payment. I get paid the first of the month, invoice due at the end of the month. It would be nice to be able to debit the funds from my check register early in the month to be paid later, closer to the due date. Thanks for listening.

  9. Invoice is not itemized. Have no idea where this amount came from.

    Need to itemized labor by hour and remover/drying amounts. Looks like just a made-up flat fee.

  18. Invoice said 50.00. I clicked review and pay and it said 85,00. I paid 50.00 and it says I owe 35.00. Fix discrepancies like that

    Make sure the amount you state on the invoice matches the amount on the review and pay page
