Send plain text email with verification code - and support screen readers etc
To pay a bill today, you demanded verification. The IM did not arrive.
So I fell back to an email message, but on an account where I can't easily read html messages. (That's the only one you have for me.) Instead of sending a proper email, with both a text and an html part - or sending pure text, which anyone can read, even a blind person with a screen reader - you sent pure html mail. (You may call it "rich text")

Accept PayPal or Venmo or debit or credit card
Accept either PayPal or Venmo. This is yet another platform that I need to utilize to make payments for my rental unit; Also I do not ever store my bank account info on file except for one of the two major platforms, so having the option for a credit card works better as well since the transactions are protected if your system ever gets hacked.

An option to stay signed would save time
We transport Freight which means we make payment while on the move this option would make the process much easier perform from the cab of a truck

Let us overpay more than our invoice ( like you used to allow us to edit the value before submitting the payment )
You've broken a feature our club took advantage of.
You used to allow us to send one invoice - but but our members could pay their total balance - now you don't allow that, why?Also - it was mysterious why you limited some people to paying part of their total balance

My only complaint is how difficult it is to establish a password. It keep rejecting my ideas.
Your password set up is a Pain in the neck Why can't we decide what password works for us. This is NOT Fort Knox.

Allow access to Fountainhead's bank information for payment transfer
I did not feel comfortable giving my bank information via Intuit. I did it this time but most likely will go back to sending payment via check. I don't know how others do their at home banking but I can pay my bills through my credit union's website and all I need is Fountainhead's bank information, i.e. account number, address, and phone number.

At the option of paying my invoice minimum, I should be allowed to pay MORE, if I do so choose!!!
