  6. More security information

    Be more transparent and accessible with security information. Nowadays, spam is everywhere and I'm always hesitant to use a new form of payment. The whole process was smooth and seamless, it was great! But I still felt a little uncomfortable and almost didn't use the site. Providing more information about the company and its security would help feel more trust and comfort with using this service. Thanks!

  14. Hi,The receipt should list what you paid for.

    Hi,
    The receipt should state what the payment was for.
    In this case it should have stated that it was for two one year subscriptions for Symantic Endpoint protection

  19. Payment not pre-populated

    Do not pre populate the payment amount (at least for mobile use) OR require to hold and slide the payment bar button to process the payment. It is too easy to accidentally submit payment before you’re ready... which becomes a headache if you didn’t want to pay the invoice in full and now have to rely on the merchant to work with you to refund then re submit a payment.
