   When you give me the option of paying by bank transfer, and I have to enter my bank account information, it would be great if there was a note that told me my bank account information would remain private and NOT be shared with the vendor I am paying. I assumed this was the case, but it made me uneasy to post my banking information without that notice.

7. Undo reconcile

   Please give us back the ability to UNDO an erroneous reconciliation.

   I made a stupid but simple mistake. I missed out reconciling one month's credit card statement due to a misfiled paper credit card statement.

   It was very obvious next month, and would have been very easy to fix IF I'd been able to undo my incorrect last reconciliation. But Oh no. I cannot undo the reconciliation like I could on QB desktop. WHY NOT? I have the audit trail turned on. I'm not a crook. I'm just trying to grapple with the usual business bureaucracy.

   I now have to pay my accountant to press the blasted undo icon. WHY?
   
   This is made worse by the fact that he's so busy with bigger and more important accounting issues for other clients, that I've been nagging him for 5 weeks now to undo this, and I'm stuffed until he does. Late VAT returns, cant do estimates, invoices or other usual things in case it all disappears when the reconciliation is undone, and then I have to do it all again.
