It seems you told my browser to open a Google page. I *DO*NOT* want you sharing my financial data w Google. CAN IT!
When may payee's email sent me to the payment page, my network monitoring software indicated you were trying to open a link to Google. Most users wouldn't see this surreptitious link to Google so it is a REALLY SLIMY business tactic.
If you DO share info with Google, you should get an explicit opt-in from users, and only after describing what data you will let Google take from my transaction. This is the sort of deception that invites restrictive laws. I will cheer on those laws.

Download receipt function not available. 9/12/19. approximately 1026 AM
Charging $15.00 for cancellation fee is unfair. No previous statement provided regarding cancellation fee. Choosing to accept terms of service with objection so that I may continue.

When sending out reminders, include a "log in" screen so the invoice knows our account
When sending bill reminders, include a log in screen first so we can log in. This allows us to see payment options instantly. As it is now, we have to forage to different screens to get logged in before we can complete the payment.

Display the receipt on the screen for printing to PDF
Currently I only have the option to download the receipt. That service appears to be unavailable. Better to display the receipt online and then one can print or print to PDF immediately.

Apply a payment to the balance of the account. Not the “invoice” that you happen to click on.
allow a payment to be made from any invoice in any amount and apply it to the balance as other utility or credit accounts do. Eliminate having to search for the correct invoice for payment application.
