Allow for paying more than the dues amount.
The Order could allow that more be paid, so that dues may be raised less often, which should allow for potential members who find dues difficult,to join more readily.

Allow me to look up the invoice using the name of the merchant invoicing me and my name, if I can't find the EMail with a URL of the invoice
If I can't find the EMail with the URL of the invoice, allow me to search for the invoice using the name of the merchant invoicing me and my name and address. After I've found the right invoice, allow me to pay it.
If there are confidentiality concerns, allow me to associate a password with my name and address and then require that I supply that password when searching for invoices to my name and address.

FOR THE 100TH TIME, MAKE THIS SYSTEM WORK WITH MAC/APPLE PRODUCTS-IT WON’T LOAD, MAKING IT IMPOSSIBLE TO PAY INVOICES.

It took me four days to get the link to work to put my card information in. I cant download my receipt either. I would suggest another site.

You have a button evidently allowing me to download my receipt. It doesn't work.

BRILLIANT! EXCELLENT! BEYOND SIMPLE!
There is absolutely nothing you can do, IMHO to improve paying my invoice. This is a perfect system. If it ain's broke, don't fix it! :)

make three tabs for payments, credit card, debit card or check. Make it so you have to choose a field.
change the field to make you choose either credit card, debit card or check. I just was on the phone with my credit card company for 30 minutes to try to fix a problem that should have already been figured out.
I should not be able tom process until I personally choose one of the three fields.1 vote -

Invoice does not take the existing credit balance from the previous month's vacation estimate, although the statement rec'd earlier does.
Take existing credit or outstanding balances into account on the invoice.

Accept credit cards
It’s almost hard to believe this has to be written down but.... these things people use called credit cards are really something to consider. It’s not what I’d call a “fringe” product - I think it’s a safe bet that they’ll be around a while. So, best suggestion.... other than continue to breathe air.... a-c-c-e-p-t c-r-e-d-i-t c-a-r-d-s
