  2. For credit and debit card international customers don't have a 5 digit zip code. Please correct this!

    I am in Australia and we only have 4 digit postcodes but the validation was a 6 digit "zip code"

  6. Stop charging homeowners who are 75+ and have been in the community for 35+ years.

    People who are 75+ and who have been in the community for 35+ years should be exempt from paying further DOH dues. Most people in this category are probably living on Social Security payments and have a harder time paying the dues than those who are currently working. I guess you could call it a "Senior Citizen" exemption from the DOH.

  7. Allow the title company - 3rd party - to pay from commission and avoid this step all together

    Apparently 3rd parties used to be able to pay this? Would be nice to take away the necessity to keep up with these emails and see they're paid but just have it taken at close.

  8. Would not allow me to change the amount from $67 to $134, which is what I really owe. Frustrated!

    Allow me to change the amount that is going to be paid on my credit card. Even though the invoice indicated I owed $134, it would only let me pay $67

    Please offer the date of service on the payment detail, as I need to know which date I'm paying for since you don't send the bill to me the same day, please.

  17. Toggle between payment type

    The information for debit card is formatted the same as for a credit card. Users should be able to toggle to the Credit Card tab without consequence and with preserved information. I entered my information into the Debit Card tab then realized I should have used Credit Card. User error, yes, but the formats are identical. I noted that when I toggled to Credit Card, not only was my information completely wiped, but I checked and saw the Debit Card tab still contained this info. I re-entered the page and started over. This could have been a simpler process.
