  9. Don't force non-US payers to include a zip code. I'm happy to include a post code ('m in the UK).

    Don't make the Zip code field mandatory or expand to accept other forms, for example UK post code.

  10. My VA sends me a bill in QB, I wish I could sign in while paying the bill and automatically file it

  13. How about sending the invoice to the right email that is on file and BEFORE it’s due to be cut off!

    Or maybe send a paper bill BEFORE it’s due since the internet service is not reliable enough to get invoices and y’all can’t seem to send them BEFORE they are DUE

  16. The due date is incorrect. Work was done on May 15, 2020. Yet the payment says due date is May 1. Gives impression of late payments!

    The receipt has the payment date due of May 1. The service was provided on May 15. There needs to be a correct correlation between work performed and the payment due dates. Otherwise the records will show that payment just made (on 5/18) immediately on receipt of invoice on May 18, was actually late!
