Accept a debit or credit card. I prefer a credit card.
I am on a very limited budget because I am on Social Security Disability of which I only net $1250 per month. When extra expenses happen it can cause me to overdraw my bank account. If I can pay with my credit card, it gives me 30 days to make up for the deficiency which is much better for the vendor as well as my self.

Send the invoice at least a few days before it is due--when it is sent on the due date it can be missed
I would love to see the invoice be sent at least a few days before it is due. Sending the invoice on the exact due date is problematic. Had I not checked my email again this evening I would have missed it.

Identify what the bill is for on the actual bill. I know we get the pdf invoice. Xfr that info to bill.

Allow me to pick a future date for payment to go through. I have to wait until near due date to pay QB bills instead of set up 1st of month
I try to set up payment of all bills ahead of due date, but cannot conveniently do that with QB payments, especially with vendors who bill more than a month before due.

Can Customize and Print the payment voucher for each bill payment transaction
Add in the Print function for Bill Payment. And allow user to customize Payment Voucher such as insert company logo. Currently this form can only be found in the Print Form -> Bill Payment Stub. But the form is not allowed to be customized.

disable colored background on invoice
I never remember to pay my QuickBooks invoices because I can't print them without a grey background, and thus don't have a copy to refer to when I am paying my other bills. Please turn off the colored background on the invoices!

My pdf invoice showed over $300 owed but you only billed for $135. Stupid.
Permit payment for outstanding balance rather than current month. Is that not obvious? You want to make it easy for customers to pay, not hard. Good luck!

Downloaded receipt should show a valid Transaction ID instead of "UNDEFINED"
The receipt I downloaded shows the Transaction ID as "UNDEFINED" - this is not helpful when I need to keep a record of my payment to refer back to in the future. Please fix this!
