Set up monthly payments with a tolerance when something is too high
Set a monthly invoice with a base amount (say $100.00). If the invoice exceeds that amount (or a percentage tolerance, say 10%), then I'm only required to approve invoices that are above the tolerance (>$110) or occur more frequently than agreed (2 invoices in 1 month that exceed $110).

Accept Credit Cards
We would have liked to put this on our credit card. We earn travel points and this was a large purchase that could have resulted in many points.

include "bank" in payment options; offer PayPal
in paying one invoice, "bank account" was an option but not with another invoice. Make them the same! Also, PayPal would be a good option.

I cannot put anything but a whole number to pay invoice. If it is 95.44, it will only let me put 95.

Let me pay by Pay Pal again. I did it on here for years
I used to use Pay Pal to pay this invoice. Now it does not come up as an option. What gives?

Note the last 4 digits of previous payment method on new invoice.
Since your system does not allow for auto pay it would be helpful if you noted the last 4 digits of the payment method for the previous payment on the current invoice. I have a few bank accounts and several credit cards and don't always remember which account I used to pay previously.

Put in a area for feedback on the job.
So, I will use this area for feedback. :) They did a great job our windows and screens and sills all looked great. We also appreciated getting the call saying there was a guarantee in case of rain. Great Job! Thank you!

STOP "AUTO SAVING" PERSONAL PAYMENT INFO WITHOUT PERMISSION!!
QB is putting my clients info at risk WITHOUT THEIR PERMISSION and I do not appreciate it. It will cause me to use another service if this is not corrected asap.

Automatic Recurring Billing for eCheck Payments
All of our customers pay their monthly fee by recurring billing. Currently only those who pay by credit card are automatic. Those who opt to pay via eCheck can be set up for recurring invoicing, but I have to use a different processor to automatically process their monthly payment. Would be much more convenient to be able to set up recurring billing to credit cards and eChecks both in one place.
