  1. it would help if everyone was given a "customer number"

    It would be helpful if you included my customer number on the invoice. That way I could just set up recurring payments in my banking program and have the payments automatically sent.

  7. Email me receipt instead of "download"

    The "download receipt" opens a tab that must be saved locally to my computer. I'd much rather have it emailed to me so gmail can back it up forever.

  10. Standardize invoice due date

    Stop changing the due date. First Native Landscape Invoice due date was 11/20/2019. Next invoice due date is 07/01/2020. That is a three week advance/change to my due date over the past six months. This is a very bad billing process that is designed to help the payee vendor, but is unfair to the payer. Change it!

  12. Allow additional invoice numbers to be entered when paying.

    This would allow payment of invoices that were received without a payment link or button in either the e-mail or the attached invoice PDF.

  20. Saving invoice directly on QuickBooks to download any time

    Sometimes I pay the invoices on my phone and I have no way to save it to my computer. it would be great to save it directly on QuickBooks to view and download at any time
