have a payment policy advising minimum credit card charge stamp, i.e. minimum charge $1000.00 Avoiding misunderstanding on small jobs.
use a stamp for small bills i.e. no credit card charge less than $1000.00 with payment option.

Should be able to print out "Paid Invoice" with payment details (ie, Date, Payment Method) after payment is made.
After payment is made, should be able to print out the paid invoice with the date it was paid and the payment method that was used. Come on Intuit... you have this information. Put it on the paid invoice. Thanks.

Description should state what percentage or installment is being billed. I’m being billed with the same description on multiple bills when paying for portions of the project.

QB users want the invoicing emails to come from their address not QB.
QB users want the invoicing emails to come from their address not QB. For whatever reason after much time QB response appears to be it’s under review and/or this is with the development team.

don't store my payment information at all unless given by opt in.
If I use your service to pay a one time invoice I do not want my bank information stored at all in your systems.
