  1. As a paying customer/client, it would help, if there was "Paid" stamp on the invoice instead of a separate receipt.

  2. Please send us invoices monthly. We have not been getting invoices. It would also help if invoices for more than one month could be lumped

  14. A one step process to request service and pay the invoice at tbe same time.

    Like the service a lot but the pay process should be streamlined. The ability to order and pay in one event would be nice.

  16. FOR SECURITY , DO NOT SAVE CREDIT CARD DATA

    I was invoiced today for a service, the invoice auto populated my previous credit card..due to major security breaches I do not want my credit card information retained for any purchase, please remove this data..I will be happy to key in the credit card data each time I purchase.

  17. Maybe start sending out invoices before due dates

    Keep getting charged a late few that I have to pay every time bc your not sending out the invoices before the due date. I got my invoice 3 days after the due date and was stuck with a $20 late fee. Not cool at all

  18. on the payment page "view Invoice" should be highlighted to indicate you needed to clik on the "view invoice" not just read the summary data
