Print Option for Payment or Scheduled Payment.
I want the ability to print the "Payment Made" or "Payment Scheduled" screen to attach to the invoice for records.
When I hit Ctr+P it squishes the image and is not legible
My only other option on the screen is to "Download the Invoice" which I have already printed. I need proof or confirmation of the payment for our records.
They only way I am able to get it now is using the screen snip method, saving it onto a drive doc and printing that.

Show TOTAL due on ALL invoices not just current one!
Please show us the grand total we owe, not JUST the current invoice!! I’d like to be able to pay more than one invoice amount at a time, but never know how much is total due, it only shows the current invoice amount! So frustrating!!

allow "reminders" email after user missed or forgot to pay
Sometimes I say "I'll get back to that invoce" that I receive, then forget
I would like a reminder email ( maybe even an option in the invoice itself )e.g. - remind me in two weeks if I haven't paid this yet

it would have been nice if you could have prompted me to pay for both outstanding invoices,
it was good that you did allow me to pay the second invoice that was outstanding

Quickbooks printing of the invoice printed it too small and unreadable. There were no instructions to resize it to make it useful
Provide instructions to people who wish to print the invoice and resize the default settings to normal 8.5 x 11 paper

Early Invoice and ability to pay rent early
It would be nice if we can have the access by going to our account and pay our rent anytime within the billing month without waiting every 27 of the.month and for the invoice/receipts should have a full description of our address shows what were paying for .. it's important when documentation is requested

Allow scheduled payments from multiple accounts!
I can pay my invoice with two different payment methods. I can schedule a payment in advance (pay this invoice next Tuesday). But I cannot schedule paying off a balance from two different accounts (next Tuesday, pay $*** from account 1 and $YYY from account 2). Since I had to use two accounts, I had to wait until the payment date to create the split transaction.

Remove the tip line. Its a ridiculous trend to have to tip everyone...and this is a contractor invoice - I wouldn't be tipping a contractor

Adding info line so invoice numbers can be added for multiple payments on one invoice.
Add an info line when payment is being submitted so we can clarify what invoices are being paid for. AND add a payment link on PDF invoices as well as statement of accounts.

Have an option to email/text the invoice and receipt to your customer's customer after the payment is made.
Once the quick book customer sends the payment link to their customers, they don't have an option to send the invoice/receipt by email/text after a successful payment is made. (There is a n option to download sure, but it is better to email this for records.) You are essentially forcing your customer's customer to manually track a record.

Make it possible to see all my available invoices on one screen.
I would like to open QB and see all the available statements and invoices organized by due date on one screen, with another tab where I can click and view all the past paid invoices.

have access to all unpaid invoices from a vendor at once. If I click on an email that takes me to an unpaid invoice. If I owe on more than one invoice, have a list of invoices.

not ideal how to give partial payment-can be done but not obvious, also would be good to have credit card option (even if there are fees)
can edit amount paid, but not obvious that you are able or how to enter it.
Also, no option for anything except direct bank transfer. Should make this an option for more timely payment.
