  6. Acct and routing input

    It is a pain to add routing and acct info. Who has them memorized so you can put them in at the same time??? When you put one in and go back to look up the other it takes you back to the screen and you start over!

  7. Allow direct payment to Beauty Paws via banking online.

    If I can pay via Bank of America directly to Beauty Paws account, this would be better for us. We do not prefer to pay by credit or debit card.

    Create an email receipt button rather than download. I don't want it but the accounts department do so why would I want to download it.

  15. Bill Pay Approval for by 1or 2 people to Approve and 1 or 2 people to Authorize Bill Payments

    Our Accounting Policy requires 2 signatures before payments (1 person to approve and 1 person to authorize before any payments are made) Unfortunately QuickBooks Online does not have this feature.

    Additional Approvals over $25K requires Board of Directors Approval for Nonprofits. I am trying to capture all approvals in Quickbooks to ensure a smoother financial audit.

  17. dont put back to invoice on the receipt to make it look like it isn't paid

    you have a button on the receipt that says back to invoice, but when you go back it doesn't show the payment that just happened. it looks like it wasn't paid so I just paid one twice. very stupid setup.

  18. Send this bill to me in a timely manner. I got this on 11/25

    Statement said bill was due in 10/21/2020, I got
    The bill (sent to my email) on 11/25/2020. I responded by email & credit card immediately!
    That was my first & only noticed of my bill
    to the marina .
