  2. Have available 2% or 3% payment options

    Shouldn't have to call each time to get our discount. It should be a choice on the invoice when I pay by email, 2% or 3%

  3. If we live nearby can we just pay at the office? Also I would of preferred to use my Credit Card, I feel safer that way.

  4. When downloading the receipt it attaches the invoice also, for it all to b one file.

    Either combine the two download invoice and download recipe or give an options to select what you want downloaded into one file to save.

  10. Offer zelle venmo or paypal

    Sometimes you don't have your credit card handy but with the 3 things I mentioned you can make a payment while laying in bed! That's when you remembered that last payment you were working on before bedtime!

  17. It would be helpful to have a running yearly list

    I'd like to have a running monthly invoice so I can see if I have already paid this invoice.
    for example.
    Jan - 28
    Feb - 28
    Mar - 28
    Etc.

  20. There should be an option to pay the discounted amount.

    We were offered a significant discount if we paid electronically but only the full amount came up and no way to change it to the discounted rate. There needs to be a place to change the amount and directions on how to do it clearly on the payment page.
