  4. Please allow me to split the invoice between two accounts

    For shared bills, I would like to pay one invoice from two separate accounts.

  7. Option to make additional payments from list of invoices when more than 1.

    Provide an option/button to make additional payments. Pull in list of outstanding invoices associated with account. I had three and had to sign off and back in, go through verification process to pay.

  9. Prorate Storage Amounts

    It is ridiculous that we are required to pay a full month's fee for 3 days of storage. You can improve your service by doing the right thing and not overcharging customers.

  18. Consistency on form

    I am paying multiple invoices one right after the other. When your form pops up and I have to choose which payment method to use, the credit card option is in a different location each time. This caused me to accidently check the wrong box on one payment.

  19. We are doing so much with virtual classes, maybe a text message sent to my phone would help me to pay on time.
