  6. Bill Pay Approval for by 1or 2 people to Approve and 1 or 2 people to Authorize Bill Payments

    Our Accounting Policy requires 2 signatures before payments (1 person to approve and 1 person to authorize before any payments are made) Unfortunately QuickBooks Online does not have this feature.

    Additional Approvals over $25K requires Board of Directors Approval for Nonprofits. I am trying to capture all approvals in Quickbooks to ensure a smoother financial audit.

  8. dont put back to invoice on the receipt to make it look like it isn't paid

    you have a button on the receipt that says back to invoice, but when you go back it doesn't show the payment that just happened. it looks like it wasn't paid so I just paid one twice. very stupid setup.

  9. Send this bill to me in a timely manner. I got this on 11/25

    Statement said bill was due in 10/21/2020, I got
    The bill (sent to my email) on 11/25/2020. I responded by email & credit card immediately!
    That was my first & only noticed of my bill
    to the marina .

  14. Allow us to pay when the order is submitted.

    Allow us to pay before we submit the order. And allowing Pap Pal or Amazon Pay would make it easier, too! Then the invoice doesn’t get lost in our emails later...

  17. Skip zip code

    As a non US payer with a CC I need to enter some BS zip code to get accepted. Either let us enter international codes or just remove it from the form or make it optional.

  18. more than one payment type

    Allow multiple payment types. I had cash from my Insurance company so I was going to use my debit card. I had a credit card for my co pay so I wanted to use that too. The payment option only allowed one type of payment and would not let me split the full amount due up.
