Need to see all outstanding invoices for a specific company
In My Account, add the company into a directory where I can see all paid and unpaid invoices. It is hard to reconcile without it from a payer point of view, and it appears forward balances do not add to the next invoice. Also, it would be good to see and dispute charges on an invoice or select which invoices you want to pay.

Pay shipping and handling at the same time as merchandise and taxes
On my first order I was not aware that shipping and handling was paid at a later time than the original invoice. When I received my first order I paid the invoice and nearly missed my item because I did not know that shipping and handling was billed separately. I just paid the invoice not noticing that the shipping and handling was not included. When I received an email stating that I was past due, it got my attention.I paid immediately. Please PLEASE make it possible to mark invoices as SENT
We have several customers that receive paper invoices. We also have several customers that DO NOT WANT the spammy emails generated by the quickbooks online.
Can you PLEASE
(1) make it possible to mark an invoice as SENT when a paper copy is printed and(2) make it possible to send an invoice without all the spam. Just a note and a pdf attachment the way it is in the desktop version. (Since it is possible in desktop, I know it is actually possible. The spammy stuff is NOT an improvement!)

It is easy to pay and I am sorry to be so late in paying it. I kept thinking that I should get a bill and did not see one. Somehow we get
I would see a bill for the tree branch that had to be removed but never saw it. We get "important" mail and "everything else" which includes hundreds of appeals for donations and the bill went in there. I just decided to "search" it and found it. I guess that I had better do a search everytime I think that a bill is due.

You should be able to change the currency amount
When you pay an invoice you should be able to convert it the relevant currency from the country you are paying from

make it easier for the person getting the bill to print the invoice.
I am unable to print invoices for services from vendors using QuickBooks. I see them on my screen but they print as blank pages
