  2. Either get rid of the confirm account number box or let me paste in to it

    I'm just going to hand copy whatever I copy and pasted in to the first box anyway. You're not helping me confirm anything, you're just making me spend more time and annoying me.

  6. Have your receipt feature work instead of giving http error 431

    You provide a button to print a receipt, but in at least one instance the result of clicking was an HTTP 431 error

  12. I am so sorry. This is the FIRST invoice I have received. I had no idea this wasn't paid.

    We bought a house and moved here permanently about two months ago. When we finish reno and are more settled I would like to come over and discuss deliveries.

  13. Better Email Timing

    Received first emailed invoice requesting payment on 26 Jan at 7:00am. Received second emailed invoice reminding me that you have not yet received my payment JUST TWO HOURS AND NINE MINUTES LATER!

    How. about sending the second notice at least a day later, not two hours later!

  14. Add invoice to automatically to quickbooks expense transaction

    I have to manually attach the invoice to the transactions in my books. I would love for it to automatically get attached to the transaction in our QuickBooks online account.

  15. It would be nice to have an itemized receipt.

    It would be nice if each of the costs was itemized; such as: part(s), tax, shipping. We would be able to view exactly where our money is going.

  16. offer a extra line for early pay discount.

    Add a payment reduction option for those who pay early and take anticipation discount of 2% or 4% or 6%
    The way it is it shows a balance due where there is none due.
