Do not require a five digit US Zip Code for Credit cards
Make it possible to use my local credit card; even my US cards have a POSTAL code that you won't accept. If I hadn't used you before, there's no way I would have authorised an incoming ACH. Also, maybe allow Zelle or something modern

Allow copy and paste feature for all data fields for security.
With copy and paste feature, you are not using your keyboard, which would prevent cyber hackers from following keyboard typing.

Partial payments
You need to allow for partial payments. Your company delays installs and does not follow commitments to the original contract, however when the job finally is "complete" in your mind, you expect full payment

Stop requiring the second input of the account number to be manually typed in. For those of us with dyslexia this is both challenging and frustrating to do manually. I use a secure password manager to automatically fill in such forms but your form will not accept the input in that field.

Accept paypal or use a hosted order page for payment
Accept paypal or use a payment gateway like Cybersource that allows you to use a hosted order page for the customers to enter their financial data. Typically customers should never enter payment into the merchant's system as that is the weakest link in the payment chain, security-wise. Unless you can prove to me that
quickbooks invoice payment is SAQ A PCI compliant already. And since I've never heard that it is and you guys aren't bragging about it, I'm guessing Quickbooks is not SAQ A PCI compliant.1 vote -

QBO portal to pay vendor lists YTD payments previously pd to vendor.
When QKBK'S portal opens to make payment, it would be nice to list YTD payments made to this vendor. I just spent 30 minutes confirming prior bill I suspected was not pd, but even the vendor's Intuit invoice failed to show the prior unpaid amount.
Likewise, when 2 or more accounts have been used to pay a vendor and appear as options to make payment. Why not show "Most recent payment to vendor paid from this account" just below such account?
Same idea as when you attempt to email or call somebody on IOS it shows "RECENT".

In order to reduce hacking, collect the credit card info on more than one page (at least 2).
The credit card number, expry date, CDV, and cardholder name should not be entered on the same page to make hacking credit card info safer by making the information on the card harder to match to each other and therefore harder to steal.

I typically pay our invoices from our main credit account. With this system, it must be ach.
Would prefer other forms of payment ie credit card pymts.

Downloading Invoice
When you select "Download Invoice" it should look like the actual invoice and not just the amount. See attached what was downloaded. I did this several times.

Please do not disable pasting into the checking account number confirmation input field.
This is frustrating to everyone that copies their account number to their clipboard and wants to paste that number into the fields. If the first input field was pasted, please allow the second field to be pasted as well.

there needs to be a simple method to go directly to a verifiable secure QuickBooks website independently
With today's increasing volume of email scams and little means to easily verify the authenticity of an email and the links contained therein many people and businesses have a policy of NOT clicking ANY links in ANY emails. As such, the QuickBooks automated pay invoice emails need to have an alternative method allowing the recipient to go directly to the verifiable QB secure website then proceed in paying their invoice. In other words, include a unique payment ID text code that can be entered directly on the QB website to take the customer to the same page they arrive at…

I wish there were a simpler way to print all the invoices done on one day, like there was in QBD.

Quick View and Quick Print both invoice and receipt
It's additional steps to have to download and then view and print. This needs to be able to happen with one click for both view and print, and for both invoice and receipt.
