    We all use internet payment sites. However, this site inappropriately charged the company I was trying to pay a $25 for a “returned check fee” after I made a simple data entry error when putting in my checking account info. ALL payment sites I use first let me know before I submit payment if my numbers are off. This site accepted my payment and confirmed receipt as soon as I hit submit. I even received a separate confirmation email. It wasn’t until weeks later that the company I was trying to pay charged me $25 amd said my payment had…

  20. Allow for international postcodes

    The system insists on a 5 digit zip code.
    Not all countries have those - four digits where I live.
    I had to add a zero in front to get the system to accept my payment.
