2. It would be very helpful if you would send quarterly statements showing previous invoices and payments.

   A quarterly statement in addition to the monthly invoice would be beneficial to clients and the bookkeeper. Easily downloaded from quickbooks.

17. The invoice needs to give you the option of paying the balance, or more than the current month bill.

    I could not figure out how to pay more than the amount of the current bill on line, but I intend to pay this bill off as soon as possible. Did I just not know what I was doing?
