Being able to see what was charged and on what day
Would like to see exactly what I'm paying for by individual services and dates of services, not a total of what I owe.

Open a personal invoice overview screen when initially logging in
Present users with an overview screen where you can see all open invoices upon first login. Shunt email links to the overview page as opposed to the detail page of the invoice itself. This will allow users to have a visual reminder of what's due.

Make credit card statements reflect who I'm paying
Right now my credit card statement is for Intuit rather than the company using you to process payment. If it could reflect the original company, it would help my record keeping.

Automatically create & save a copy as a attachment in QBO.
If both parties use QBO and the invoice is paid within QBO. Automatically upload a copy of that invoice as a attachment, for future record, into to payors QBO account connected the transactions.

Tip percentage should be calculated based on true amount.
Tip percentage should be based on true total of services, not including credit card fee.

Send a link to the invoice
I like the option of sending a link to an invoice rather than QB sending an email. Some attorneys email systems are set up to reject emails from unknown source to avoid solicitations. I currently use PayPal for invoicing, and I can send a link to my clients in an email from me with PayPal. They have raised their fees, so I am exploring other options. QB would be my preference if I could send a link to the invoice without QB sending an email. Thank you!

Pay against statements
In addition to paying invoices it would be valuable to be able to make payments against account statements. Many businesses don't issue invoices, e.g. landlords and legal/medical/professional service providers. Because of the revolving nature of their services they issue periodic statements of account. To be able to pay against a QuickBooks statement (rather than an invoice) would be a valuable game changer.

Remove the "submit feedback" option from invoices so people stop thinking it's feedback to the company instead of QuickBooks
Half the ideas I see on here are directed to the company that they just paid and don't realize these are to QuickBooks/Intuit. It doesn't seem like an efficient way of getting actual feedback since so many things requested are features currently but just not utilized by the company they just paid.

Match paid Intuit invoice payments with Quickbook payments to bank.
Allow for a third Intuit transaction to match to a transaction. I need help with this. The IRS won't accept the current setup. I have a dummy account with unmatched transactions so I am able reconcile my transactions in the bank. Now I have money sitting in a dummy account unmatched. I've talked with several QB staff and have spent hours on the phone but to no avail. Please help. Please review the attached file / diagram to understand further.
