Being able to see what was charged and on what day
Would like to see exactly what I'm paying for by individual services and dates of services, not a total of what I owe.

I was never told that I was have to pay separately for an apprentice to…

Pay against statements
In addition to paying invoices it would be valuable to be able to make payments against account statements. Many businesses don't issue invoices, e.g. landlords and legal/medical/professional service providers. Because of the revolving nature of their services they issue periodic statements of account. To be able to pay against a QuickBooks statement (rather than an invoice) would be a valuable game changer.

Name field
When I first clicked Account Name field, a popup said I was to enter only first and last name. Payment declined. I added my middle initial, which is on the account, and it went through.

Invoices
Every time an invoice is opened, both parties see it was open/read.
Both parties can see ~how~ many times an invoice has been opened.
Every time an invoice has been paid, both parties get a confirmation email.
Every time someone receives an invoice, it is under their account forever. Go to account, create a tab for invoices, creat a tab for due, overdue, paid invoices. Account holders would then be able to see if they've paid an invoice already.
Also, allow bills to be paid with credit cards.
Thank you for your time.

Open a personal invoice overview screen when initially logging in
Present users with an overview screen where you can see all open invoices upon first login. Shunt email links to the overview page as opposed to the detail page of the invoice itself. This will allow users to have a visual reminder of what's due.

Make credit card statements reflect who I'm paying
Right now my credit card statement is for Intuit rather than the company using you to process payment. If it could reflect the original company, it would help my record keeping.

Automatically create & save a copy as a attachment in QBO.
If both parties use QBO and the invoice is paid within QBO. Automatically upload a copy of that invoice as a attachment, for future record, into to payors QBO account connected the transactions.
