If we are using QB for our own business accounting, then when we pay a different business with QB then it should automatically enter that transaction into our QB company file

Invoice should details which shifts are being paid for
Its easier to keep track if the invoice says for which shifts (dates, hours) are being paid for.

Many times, especially on initial or with updated invoices, we want our clients to sign their legal agreements, so why can't we just pay AND SIGN all on the same screen / device, at the SAME time?

Show invoice and receipt together so I don't need to save them separately
It would be nice to see the invoice along with the receipt to submit itemized costs and proof of payment together. Saving both separately is annoying, and receipts do not show the original charges,

Provide a better error message than "Error" if credit card company flags the payment
Received a non-descriptive message of "Error" when the problem was merely that my credit card company thought the payment might be fraudulent. If QuickBooks gets feedback like that from the company, then SAY SO!!! Don't provide TOTALLY USELESS error messages that mean absolutely nothing. I have urged the merchant to quit dealing with your company & start using PayPal as a means of accepting payments from customers.

You can pick up my trash every week like you're supposed to, and reply when people call and email you.
It is WRONG to expect people to pay you on time and with a good attitude when you go weeks without picking up the trash.

Many businesses add a 2% convenience fee for CC use. I would pay no problem. CC use isn't free.

We have a $300 credit with our supplier and would like to subtract that from the amount paid.

I just got the invoice today, November 12, and it said it was past due. How can that be?
Why was the invoice PAST DUE when it was received just today, and never before sent to me?
