Verification Letter
Novo banking allows users to download a bank verification letter in their mobile app and online portal. QBO does not have this feature and customer service is no help getting one of these letters. It should be easy to download one, email one, and request that one be sent to a 3rd party from Quickbooks.
This is a standard practice at other banks.

I am writing a negative review. A week ago I had a situation that changed everything. I needed to check if I could change the currency for issuing 1 invoice.
I found how to change the currency, but accidentally (as it turned out later) I pressed the multicurrency button and it was turned on. After that, my home currency became euro and I could not turn off the multicurrency function. Before that, all invoices issued and all information in the account were in dollars. Sticky Note on customer Invoice
I would like to request a feature that allows us to attach "sticky notes" to individual customer profiles.
My goal is for these notes to be visible on the invoice page whenever I am inputting a new invoice for a particular customer. This would be incredibly helpful for quickly referencing important information such as pricing agreements, payment terms, delivery instructions, or any other relevant details specific to that customer.

Importing Chart of Accounts Descriptions
Please allow the ability for Accountants to import the Account Descriptions for each Account. This is imperative for all users who have access to post transactions to fully understand what the accounts should be used for. Manually adding descriptions for larger companies (50+ accounts) is a gross disservice of accountants' (and anyone's) time when this could be avoided by simply allowing an extra field in the Import process.

I would like to share some feedback regarding the inventory tracking feature in QuickBooks Online. As a business owner, I need a system that allows me to:
Assign inventory to specific locations (e.g., Main Factory, Shop A, Shop B).
Track stock levels independently for each location without affecting the total inventory across all locations.
Input initial stock levels for each location without performing an inventory adjustment that alters my overall stock.

Report for Custom Fields replacing Tags
With "tags" being taken away and QuickBooks pushing the use of "Custom Fields" as their replacements, they forgot to include reporting for "Custom Fields". The great thing about "tags" was that they were easy to use and track with reporting being made available right in the "tags" page. "Custom Fields" lack this basic need to help track transactions that you're using the new fields in. If QBO could create reports it would helpful and make the loss of "tags" less of a burden.
