Error paying invoice
I have been experiencing an error every time I attempt to pay an invoice sent to me by a vendor. Payment will not process. Error states to try again or come back later. Sometimes I will click the payment button 50 times before it goes through successfully. Re-opening the invoice link, logging in and out, trying different browsers, etc, doesn't seem to make a difference.

Inbox for all QB invoices
I get billed through QB frequently. I would like to log in and see all my outstanding invoices, and when they are due and be able to make payments.
It would be great if this were directly connected to my QB account.

better error codes when wrong credit card postal/zip code
when a customer inputs a credit card with all valid info., except postal/zip code is wrong, the error code says something like "Something is not working. try again or try again later." This should be more descriptive, indicating to the user that the information does not match, etc.

show balance due if prior invoice not paid.
There should be a method for showing past due amounts, prior invoices, history, etc.

Allow for automatic payments
Please implement an automatic payment option. It is much less hassle for customers and will reduce the amount of late payments.

Have a way to pay online for invoices that are sent by USPS mail
Customers would like a way to pay their invoices online without having to receive the invoice by email. We still send the majority of our invoices by US Postal Service. It would be nice if they could go to a website to make a payment.

need field for amount
allow a place enter amount in case we need split amounts on diff cards or space out the timing of the payment

The email should state to click only on the bluelink, not go to the website, which has no way to login
The email we get should explicitly say to only click on the blue link at the bottom, rather than go to the website listed, which has no login option

That was easy. But I didn't notice that I had to select debit, credit or bank until after I hit enter. Wonder if that will go through?
Ask if debit or credit or bank instead of defaulting to debit. Is that the most common anyway??
Will you accept others in the future, such as Waymo or Paypal?

Ability to add late fee if needed would be great.
If a late fee is incurred it would be helpful to have the option of immediately adding it to online/mobile payments.

Be able to combine sitting dates occurring near one another into one payment
Be able to combine pet sitting dates (invoices for..) occurring near one another into ONE online payment or invoice

Add the option to put in purchase order
Add either a notes or purchase order field.

It's not very easy to tell that you can click on the payment amount to edit it.
Add a button saying edit to the payment amount.

send reminders every 3-4 days before and after
Sometimes I get an invoice super fast, But I won't install and get paid till after its due., It would be nice for a weekly reminder until paid, Remember, once you open and invoice email it would look new. If your super busy you can get way behind.
