Take out payment same day
I’ve noticed that the payment doesn’t usually come out until two or three days later after paying. If I paid an invoice balance on Friday, it wouldn’t be taken out of my account until the next week. This is very inconvenient at times. Payments should be taken out the same day as the payment was made like any other transaction.

Let me save billers to my account so that I don't have to get invoices through email.

I have to make the same payment every month - would be nice if I could just set it up as an automatic payment.

Allow User Option to “Overpay”
Allow user ability to pay over the previous Balance Requested, to account for things such as a late payment or interest accrued not previously on outdated statement/balance.

allow a chance to check what was entered before processing
I paid the invoice, but did not notice that though I was entering a credit card, there was a toggle preset to debit card. It was a one click process so I did not get a chance to correct this. allowing a check step would lower mistakes.

Keep account payment information so you don't have to reenter each time
Have a sign in that secures our payment info so it remains accessable rather than having to be reentered each time.

Sign up for payment thru Venmo
Several service providers that I use turned me onto Venmo, which is associated with PayPal. It’s something you might check into.
