Provide a link to additional invoices to the same account.
I'm receiving multiple emails for multiple small invoices. I would love to have a link to other outstanding invoices so I can pay multiple invoices with one transaction. It's really annoying to do it one at a time.

Show balance of zero after payment is made.
My receipt only shows my final payment. It should show the amount owed, my previous downpayment, then my current final payment with a zero balance.

Set up the ability to pay more than the billed amount. ie. for philanthropic organizations - a donation button.

Include the ability to pay by visa on your website
The way your website is set up now, no one knows they can pay by charge card. You should consider allowing your customers to log into your website. Once the customer logs in, allow them the opportunity to charge Visa or Mastercard etc.

Should be able to print out "Paid Invoice" with payment details (ie, Date, Payment Method) after payment is made.
After payment is made, should be able to print out the paid invoice with the date it was paid and the payment method that was used. Come on Intuit... you have this information. Put it on the paid invoice. Thanks.

don't charge a fee for paying directly from a Checking account
why do you charge a vendor for a bill being paid by checking account? I can understand a fee for credit processing.
