It is easy to pay and I am sorry to be so late in paying it. I kept thinking that I should get a bill and did not see one. Somehow we get
I would see a bill for the tree branch that had to be removed but never saw it. We get "important" mail and "everything else" which includes hundreds of appeals for donations and the bill went in there. I just decided to "search" it and found it. I guess that I had better do a search everytime I think that a bill is due.

Tell me its late before it goes so long (and generates a fee).
Best practice would be to remind before it goes so ling and generates a fee. Reminding just after you collect a late fee seems a bit disingenuous. How about reminding before the fee.

enable my landscaper to bill once monthly for all invoices
my landscaping company invoices me service by service: monthly for lawn maintenance, as serviced for all other items. it results in dozens of invoices to pay. would be good to get one monthly invoice for all services performed that month

Allow customers to see all invoices and their payments on one dashboard upon sign in.

For allowing other amount payments, the Pencil is functional... but..

Combine Invoices! Same merchant, just add them up! It's crazy to make me keep entering the same credit card info all the time. I thought QuickBooks was supposed to be high-end. You operate like a bunch of amateurs.

Quickbooks option is amazing - I would stick with it...
Actually paid previous Invoice TWICE
$220.00 in cash AND sent check #15152 for $201.75,
(Paid the previous balance twice) - my bad.Perhaps a $200 plus credit balance exists which is why I paid the lesser amount.

Dates must be reasonable. Work started and completed Dec 2. Email received Dec 7 and USPS mail on Dec 7. Due date on email was Dec 4.
Get dates in order of sequence that is logical

Downloaded receipt should show a valid Transaction ID instead of "UNDEFINED"
The receipt I downloaded shows the Transaction ID as "UNDEFINED" - this is not helpful when I need to keep a record of my payment to refer back to in the future. Please fix this!

I need to see the date of service while I'm paying, much more than your due date.
Please offer the date of service on the payment detail, as I need to know which date I'm paying for since you don't send the bill to me the same day, please.
