  2. Include a field for the original date of service, a description of the service, and a free text field for my own memo

    Add original date of service.
    Add a brief description of the service rendered.
    Add a free text field for a memo, such as the name of my company.
    You know...like a real invoice!

  4. Option to save bank info

    I looked at the invoice, filled in bank info, THEN told to sign in. Once I signed in, the option to check the box to keep the info on file was no longer available. Makes no sense. Maybe at the top, indicate that one should sign in. Then after signing in, allow payer to click on box to save bank info so that it's not necessary to input that the next time (if that is the person's choice).

  8. Don't require a personal name of a person for an LLC. Sometimes the company name box doesn't even appear when selecting Business Checking!

    When selecting Business Checking with Chrome browser the company name spaces don't always appear. When the business name box appears I cannot fit LLC at the end of my company's name. Then I cannot pay until I put my personal name in the box. For an LLC? Why? Seems foolish.

  10. Include a line for deposit that includes date, percentage of total, and amount

    Include a line for deposit that includes date, percentage of total, and amount; also include a line for credit card fees that can be split between deposit and final payment. Show an updated balance once deposit and credit card fees are paid. See attached deposit invoice vs. final invoice -- very confusing with the current setup.

  14. Allow progressive billing.

    Many companies across multiple industries collect deposits upfront, and then bill customers a percentage as the work is completed. I have seen many people discussing this glaring omission in functionality and it is unbelievable that this is not an option in QB

  17. allow me to put a PO or house number on the payment

    If I'm a landlord paying a plumber, I should be able to notate on the payment which UNIT this is for. (Another type business may want to put a Purchase Order number on the payment.)

  20. Format your receipt page correctly for printing.

    The printout of a receipt took 2 pages when the data only covered about half of the first page. The second page was blank other than the date and page number so it is now a wasted sheet of paper. I see other people have reported the same problem.
