Have auto withdrawals without charging more. That’s how everyone else does. Ridiculous!!
Every bill I have is auto withdrawn from my bank account not using my card. And does not charge more to do that. That’s the way of world now. Can’t believe you don’t offer that. Much more secure and paid on time all the time. Easy for all. Ridiculous!!

Stop charging me for two months at a time and do auto pay
If you can please send these invoices monthly so someone doesn’t have to pay for 2 months at a time or more. If there’s an auto pay option please let people know

Pay multiple ways - credit card plus debit, or other combinations
Would be good to be able to split a payment across multiple payment types. $100 on a credit card, $100 on your debit, and so on.

Debit/ credit card payment options. It’s an inconvenience to have checking and savings account as the only options .

I have to say this is my first time using using a Quik books option to pay and it’s a pain in the ass !
I do t say that lightly- to have a credit card option would be so much easier for The reason that our phones store our credit cards but not our bank account information .The other thing I’m mad about is I’m paying and I can’t get points on my credit card !

Fix website for use on phone, when I try to pay it just loads and loads
I have to log into(pull up) the quickbooks site to pay a bill, it would be nice if I could pull up the site on my phone and pay, but the bill only loads and loads on my iphone. I have to pull the site up on my laptop to access the bill pay info.

Wow, transaction processed without a confirmation screen! Beware!
Processing a transaction without a transaction screen is a customer service no-no and and will raise eyebrows of state and federal regulators. Streamlining is good, but you have gone too far by removing it. Think of how Amazon processes shopping cart payments. Good example. Two chances to correct errors before you take the money.
