Make it so the "Post idea" button works after signing in. As of now, clicking it then produces no response, and the user has to start the process over.

Plainly you've done no usability testing, or you would not have released this poor design feature. How is it that usability testing is not part of your web design process? Also, multiple users have posted similar suggestions, yet you haven't fixed this problem. Why not?
