Why don't you have a debit card option ?

They already do allow this form of payment. Maybe you are meaning something else?

I had no problem with my credit card

Was not easy - when I had to repeat process seven times because system was giving me an error message and instruction to try again. Tried again - six times - exact same way with success on seventh try.
