Improve sign-in and invoice payment
The sign in doesn't work smoothly. I am asked to sign in twice - once when I open the invoice and then again when I try to pay it. Often it tells me my sign in is wrong. I've had to change my password many times because of what seems like a problem at Intuit. Sometimes it only allows me to pay by directly accessing my bank account. Other times it permits use of a credit card which I prefer by far for online transactions. My data has never been saved, so I have to reenter each time. Believe it or not, I dont remember the routing # for my bank account so it is doubly irritating - I don't want to pay that way AND I have to go look up this arcane piece of data. I also don't want to POST this idea. I just want a customer service person to address these concerns.
