I received a bill of almost $500 for a service. I intended to pay with a credit card as I didn't have the CASH to pay the bill already set aside. Not allowing me to pay by credit card is inconvenient and may have resulted in a hit on my credit because I had a late payment to a service provider. This stinks.

Allow use of a debit card. It takes forever for the bank to with drawl the money using the checking account information.

Wish there was an option to pay by credit card. I had to make special arrangements to ensure funds were available. Very inconvenient as this was unexpected.

I work in a customer service environment that takes credit card payments sometimes for six figure amounts. We do not charge a fee for this as it is considered a cost of doing business. You should consider that as well.

We added QB merchant credit card processing and then suddenly we can't process from the desktops. Our company doesn't provide portable devices for the employees. Without an EMV reader we are left vulnerable. I'm shocked Intuit didn't think it's customers would need this.
